Habbo Hotel Happenings Monday 1st October 2001 DIVE IN, BABY! Yes, the long awaited and much rumoured swimming pool has at last arrived! And boy is the Habbo Lido the absolute business! Not only do you get to change into an alluring bikini or trunks in your choice of colour (what sets off your fast-fading summer tan best?), wander around looking hot, and swim in the crystal clear water, you also get to wow all and sundry with your diving expertise! Let me tell you how... First change into the aforementioned swimming togs (changing huts on your left as you come into the Lido area). Then dip your toe in to test the water or leap straight in if you're the foolhardy sort and swim to the right. When you get to the edge of the screen you'll go through to the other part of the pool. (Two parts - see how we spoil you!) Hop out, shake the water out of your hair and then take a ticket from the machine near the lifts. Tickets are only 5 Habbo Credits - this gets you ten high dives. You don't have to use them all at once and you can buy dives for your mates too - so why not club together? Anyway, I digress - back to the serious diving talk... Once you've got your ticket, join the queue in front of the lifts. Watch the other Habbos as they dive to get some pointers and then, when it's your turn give it all you've got! Full instructions on how to make your amazing moves are given at the top of the dive tower (don't look down). You'll see the action replay after you've executed the perfect entrance (or bellyflop) and everyone else will see you on the giant screen. If diving's not your style you can vote on other Habbos' efforts instead. Either way, it's too wild too miss out on - get down to the Habbo Lido right now! BTW - don't you think that blue rather suits me? FAVE ROOMS Not mine this time, but yours. We've got the favourite rooms pull down menu working on the Hotel Navigator, so now you can add the private rooms you like the most to your faves list. So, now you don't have to even make the effort to remember room names (more difficult than you might think with the current craze for symbols!). See how nice we are to you :) That's all from me this week - if you've got any ideas about what you'd like to see in the hotel, or any comments on this newsletter, please email us. Happy Habboing!
