Actually, between January and June 2008, the loading bar was at the bottom, while hotelview showed up early - , giving the idea, ‘almost done’. And between June 2008 and May/June 2009 (BETA) we had a fullscreen, some say ugly *cough* loading page - . All these experiments, and particularly latest double loading bar, are there to give users the idea their goal is almost there and fast approaching. Well, Sulake did speed up loading quite a bit, and while their experiments with a double bar were confusing, current version (disappearing of lower bar giving the idea core of hotel is loaded) does what it intends to do;

The DJ Turntable, Disco sign and a related poster (now the Habbo founder poster) were originally released in Finland promoting a Finnish DJ, ‘DJ Esko’;

…and there was this other - virtual - DJ, DJ Fuse, residing in ‘Club Massiva’ in the days. He (Sulake) actually released a CD (with DVD content), for sale worldwide;

In early days of Kultakala (before the kids took over), there was a collaboration with an online dating service, ‘MatchEm’. Profiles could be connected and when clicking a Habbo one would see the MatchEm username displayed: . Actually, this whole ‘profile match’ option in early console probably originated there;

Sports furniture (basic basketball items (x3) plus team bench) got only created because of a partnership with ‘LEGO Sports’. The hoop had a LEGO logo on it for a while;

If on our frontpage you select our retro (yellow) theme you’ll see the room-o-matics changed to a different machine. That too was Kultakala only and the blue on yellow logo is that of Kolumbus, the Finnish internet company for which Kultakala was originally done;
